This Privacy Policy explains how Runn AI (“Runn AI”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use our website, applications, software, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide; (b) information collected automatically; and (c) information from integrations and third parties.

- Account Information: name, username, password, organization details, and plan selections.
- Billing Information: billing address and payment method details (processed by third-party payment processors).
- Customer Content: the content you upload or process through the Service (e.g., contacts, messages, call scripts, notes, prompts, recordings, transcripts).
- Support/Feedback: information you provide when you submit feedback or requests.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and performance logs.
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: used to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and measure performance.
1.3 Information From Integrations and Third Parties
If you connect third-party services (e.g., CRM, calendar, communications providers such as Twilio, analytics tools), we may receive information from those services to enable the integration.
2) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Enable automations, workflows, communications, and integrations you configure.
- Process transactions and manage subscriptions.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Monitor performance, debug issues, and optimize user experience.

3) Communications Data (SMS/Voice/Recording/Transcription)
The Service may support communications features such as SMS/MMS and voice calling through third-party providers (for example, Twilio or similar platforms).
- Consent: You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions/opt-in from end recipients.
- Opt-Out: You are responsible for honoring opt-out requests, including SMS “STOP” where applicable.
- Recording/Monitoring: If you enable call recording, monitoring, or transcription, you are responsible for providing notice and obtaining legally required consent.
- Deliverability: Carriers and providers may filter, block, or limit messages/calls, and delivery is not guaranteed.
We may store communications metadata (such as timestamps, routing data, delivery status, call duration, and logs) to provide the Service and for security, troubleshooting, and compliance.
4) How We Share Information
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: with vendors who help operate the Service (hosting, analytics, communications, billing, support).
- Integrations: when you enable an integration, information may be shared with the connected third party as directed by you.
- Legal & Safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, safety, and prevent abuse.
- Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (subject to confidentiality where appropriate).
5) Sale / Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Depending on how analytics and advertising technologies are configured, certain disclosures may be considered “sharing” under some state laws. Where required, we provide opt-out mechanisms for targeted advertising/sharing.

10) Business Customers (B2B/Enterprise)
If you use the Service as part of an organization, your organization may control how your information is handled. In many cases, Runn AI acts as a service provider/processor for Customer Content submitted by business customers.
11) International Users
The Service is intended for U.S. users. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
12) Sensitive Information
Unless explicitly required for your use case and supported by the Service, you should avoid submitting sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, precise geolocation, health data, biometric data, or financial account credentials) into the Service. If you choose to process sensitive data, you are responsible for providing notices and obtaining permissions required by law.
13) Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the Service after the changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
